| Intellectual Property (IP) reflects the idea that its subject matter is the product of the mind or the intellect. IP, protected through law, like any other form of property can be a matter of trade, that is, it can be owned, bequeathed, sold or bought. It can be shared or can provide an opportunity for others to recreate, emulate, or manufacture.
IP can be categorized under four sections - patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. A patent, copyright or trademark is a distinctive word used for identifying the source of a product and distinguishing one manufacturer's products from those of anothers.
A patent gives the right of control to a person over his/her invention in the marketplace. It can be obtained for
• A new or improved machine
• Any process (including a business method)
• An article of manufacture
• A composition

Education@TWB training programs have been designed to take the TWB Certifications to cities across India, where there is a growing need for talent in the Information Technology, BPO, KPO, Retail, Medicine & Training industries. All of these are Indian economies 'sunshine' sectors and where there is a large gap between the demand and supply of trained and certified professionals. Employability issues are further accentuated by the growing needs of related industries like biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, telecom, manufacturing, steel, financial services and consulting. TWB addresses these industries with the Technical Writing@TWB, Retail@TWB, Medical Writing@TWB, Patents@TWB, LPO@TWB & Analytics@TWB programs. Education@TWB taps into TWB’s proven and successful training model and provides high quality, standardized training.
